For the Star Wars fans

A little snippet from the new novel I’m writing, which is about mental health and swing dancing. Zack is nervous about teaching his first ever dance lesson, when he and his partner realize that a lot more students will be attending than they anticipated:

“What did she do to them?” Sophia wondered aloud. “There’s some kind of Pied Piper voodoo magic going on here. Zack, do you think Rhea might be a Jedi?”

“I doubt it,” Zack muttered, but Sophia only grinned and quoted back the obvious retort: “I find your lack of faith … disturbing.”

And I’m not the dance teacher you’re looking for, Zack thought.
